Summary

The IBM s390x Linux agent that has been attached to ci.jenkins.io is offline. It is connected to my private Jenkins controller, but fails to start from ci.jenkins.io.

Reproduction steps

1. Open https://ci.jenkins.io/computer/s390x-agent/ and confirm that the agent is not connected

Low priority. The s390x agent is used for installation testing. Installation testing can wait for a few days if needed.

After a close look, the behavior was the same:

• The launcher looked stuck (no log, no activity)
• The VM was reachable through SSH. Triggered a restart and checked both SSH sessions (linux-admin and jenkins) with success
• Only a controller restart did solve the issue
