Summary

The Jira license donated by Atlassian for https//issues.jenkins.io will expire in 30 days. We need to renew that license.

I've opened a Linux Foundation support ticket (link only works for @MarkEWaite) to request help from the Jira operations team.

Reproduction steps

  1. As a Jira administrator, open the home page and see the following result

license-expires-in-30-days
