Summary

Hi.
I have an issue where the Jenkins server at our company seems to be blocked by ftp.rwth-aachen.de, but works fine with ftp.belnet.be. So when I try to update plugins half of them fail and Jenkins ends up in a broken state. Is there any way to get around this issue so that I can update the plugins?

I get a "java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out" in the error log.

Caused: java.io.IOException: Failed to load https://updates.jenkins.io/download/plugins/jaxb/2.3.8-1/jaxb.hpi to E:\Jenkins\plugins\jaxb.jpi.tmp
at hudson.model.UpdateCenter$UpdateCenterConfiguration.download(UpdateCenter.java:1285)
