Hello All,
When i am trying to install plugins on Jenkins it is giving an connection timeout error

java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Connect timed out
Connecting to ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de (ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de)|2a00:8a60:e012:a00::21|:443... failed: Network is unreachable.

Hi @neelared , it looks like the same case as #4096: your public IP is blocked by the mirror.

Where is your Jenkins server located (geographically) ? What is the associated ISP?

Please reach out to ftp@halifax.rwth-aachen.de if you need further assistance. Before you do that, though, please make sure that you don't block yourself using some kind of security appliance or DDoS protection. We recently added Tor to ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de, which causes some appliances to block our server.
