Extensions Index omits at least SCM API

Expected behavior

Extensions Index should include a link to Extension Points defined in SCM API Plugin.

Actual behavior

Extensions Index lists many other plugins that define extension points, but it does not mention SCM API Plugin. The SCM API plugin page does not link to the extension points, either.

In contrast, Extension Points defined in SCM-Manager Plugin are linked from both Extensions Index and the SCM-Manager plugin page. Likewise Extension Points defined in Adobe Cloud Manager Plugin; that plugin was last released 2 years ago, so it doesn't look like only recently released plugins are listed correctly.
