安装 containerd

编辑配置文件 /etc/containerd/config.toml 启用 cri 插件：

# disabled_plugins = ["cri"]

ctr i pull docker.io/jenkins/jenkins:lts

hd install -t 8 kubernetes-sigs/cri-tools
crictl pull jenkins/jenkins:lts
