Feature Request

Run a performance test against Jenkins artifact storage and this plugin.
I think we make too many calls for metadata right now, but would be good to have a test we can use to back-up any changes and measure results.

Possibly using https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/testing/#performance-testing

Probably want to do #17 first, but may still need to run it against Azure too.
