Add Support for casc.yml and groovy scripts

The service in its current state does not support the inclusion of jcasc.yml or groovy scripts. The issue here is that for it to be bundled and included by the custom war packager we would need to include it in the file path for the service to bundle it.
It is not that difficult to implement but would take some design and work.
