UI not updating #58

If I change Connection Timeout or Read Timeout in the UI, apply then save. The values get reverted to the defaults in the UI. However the new values I set are persisted on disk to the config.xml file. Not sure which values are actually being used.

@magnayn any idea when the next release is? We're constantly seeing race conditions as containers spin up and get destroyed repeatedly. Sometimes takes up to an hour of that to get a successful connection.

I noticed the github releases don't have the actual built package, nor is it in the jenkins index.

Any tips on how to best download a build of 0.7?
