1.Download the hpi file using the link from the main Githu page here

Expected Results

File should be downloaded

Actual Results

The link is broken
<Error> <Code>NoSuchBucket</Code> <Message>The specified bucket does not exist.</Message> </Error>

https://github.com/jenkinsci/google-compute-engine-plugin#installation is just wrong. The plugin should be obtained from the Jenkins update center like any other.
