Was possible up to 1.15 but was removed in 1.16.

Not something that I plan to implement in any near future.

+1 for the feature. This would greatly increase PR quality when coupled with CI/CD. I imagine jenkins setup would be 2 jobs, one for PR builds and one pipeline once PRs are merged. I just started using the PR Notifier plugin.

If new builds are done for subsequent PR updates, will it cause duplicate comments?

This plugin will remove its old comments, before adding new ones, when new commits are pushed to source or target branches.
