Choose anyone that you want. If you've never done one before, it's best to start with an older show.

There's a list of show that don't have a transcript at all at: http://www.thewebahead.net/transcripts/needed

You can see the shows that have a partial transcript, that needs to be finished, here in the Github issue cue.

Pick a topic that interests you the most. If there's not GitHub issue for that episode yet, start one. Let us know you are going to work on it, so we don't have two people doing the same one at the same time.

If you get part of a transcript done, but can't finish it (or can't do it soon), then post what you've got! Some is better than none. And don't ever, ever feel bad. I'm thrilled to have whatever help you can give.
