Exclude folders when backing up external data

Hi!
There are some apps, like osmand or antennapod, which have too much data in their external Android/data folder. With these apps it is impossible to configure oandbackup to include external data. Maybe we could add a .nobackup file in the folders, that should not be included in the backups. Then external data backups would be possible again.
