The workflow on running should update this too:
https://wails.io/docs/guides/windows-installer/#generating-the-installer
the version should be the same as the release tag to make auto-updating easier
The version should also be updated in the package.json

This can be done manually but it is nicer if it was automatically.

Actually this is just one value in wails.json in the root of the project.
