DITATestSuite.zip seems to be broken

DITATestSuite.zip is only 32 KB and seems to be broken.

Our copy is 128k, like github says, and github won't update it.
When we download, only 35k. github bug?

It's not a bug, it's a feature (if a rather annoying one).
The link from the front page merely leads to the file's page:
https://github.com/jeremygriffith/DITA-Test-Suite/blob/master/DITATestSuite.zip

Only the "Raw" link from that page will start the actual download:
https://github.com/jeremygriffith/DITA-Test-Suite/raw/master/DITATestSuite.zip

Note the subtle difference in the URL between /blob/ and /raw/.

So when you use "Save target as..." you will only save the HTML code of the file's page.
