Describe the bug
Running the goal update-only leaves dcXXX directories in the temporary directory on Windows systems.

Version of dependency-check used
The problem occurs using version 5.3.2 of the maven plugin.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Run mvn org.owasp:dependency-check-maven:5.3.2:update-only -DcveUrlBase=https://nvd-mirror.internal.com/NistDataMirror/nvdcve-1.0-%d.json.gz -DcveUrlModified=https://nvd-mirror.internal.com/NistDataMirror/nvdcve-1.0-modified.json.gz

Expected behavior
No left-over temporary directories or files.
