Description
This PR provides the same functionality as the initial POC but refactors the entire CLI management approach. This new version is based on the architecture using in VeryGoodOpenSource/very_good_cli and introduces some QOL features such as a
--helpcommand,--verboseflag and various other options related to yaml/lock file syncing.Type of Change
