I have checked CDNjs do not have have files needed to run this QR code generator

this is available jquery.qrcode.js
this is not available qrcode.js
CDN link: https://cdnjs.com/libraries/jquery.qrcode

idea is to use libman.json client library downloader from Visual Studio 2019 in .Net Core.
