Issue with special character when used in url then the generated QR not able to be scanned #132

When use special character in url then the QR gets generated but when we scan that QR then unable to scan the QR code.
eg:
jQuery('#qrcode').qrcode('http://maps.google.com/?q=test-Data,&Name=test%20lcoation-check');

can someone please help me out on this?

The issue is with length not with special characters.
