LaTeX Math Display expressions with newlines inside

There is an issue with rendering Markdown documents containing LaTeX, specifically Math Display expressions, with newlines inside these expressions.

This needs additional research in terms of the actual accepted syntax of these expressions.
However, I have written quite a bit of documents containing such expressions and I may have added newlines inside them for readability’s sake. Thus, I think there should be an option that removes newlines from these expressions before generating HTML documents.
