X-Ray Acquisition With G4

Setting Up G4 System And Acquring X-Ray

1. Turn on the G4 by locating the switch at the back of the machine. The G4 requires time to initialize when powered up. Please follow the power up procedure below when powering on

2. There are four lights on the top left of the front panel. The green and orange lights will turn on, and then eventually turn off.

3. Turn on the Dell PC

4. Log in the Genisys4 software.

5. Create a new project, or you can use an existing one. The first group of mice images for the PET-HIFU interface were acquired using images_frozen_miece_amanda project

6. Before initiating look at the right corner of the Geneysis4 to check if the hardware is ready
