Slide up card rather than showing at the start #33

Many users get confused by the card and aren't sure where to type - in the form or on the card.

Having an option to slide the card up and into view will alleviate some of this.

+1 but instead of hardcoding an animation one could provide the developer to write their own. Could be several callbacks for different events, e.g: onFocus.
