Minecraft server 1.12.2 running, but disconnects anyone who tries to join

In my minecraft server list i can see the server us running, but everytime i try to join it, it disconnects me with the message "Disconnected."

IKVM.NET has a faulty socket selector, which has 3 modes of failure for Minecraft 1.12.2. If you try to join using a different JVM for the client, the server crashes with an array out of bounds exception. If you join using IKVM for the client and a different JVM for the server, the client freezes or disconnects.
