Suspected upstream license violations

This commit seems to change the license of the whole project to AGPLv3 and removes every license notices of the previous project.

Assuming that your IKVM is a fork from windward-studio's IKVM, the legality of this is questionable, as:

• The license from the upstream project explicitly said that copyright notices must not be removed in source distributions, and this repo is not an exception:

• Furthermore, even if you retain the original copyright notices, it is not possible to distribute the project as a whole under the AGPLv3. The original project contains code licensed under the GPLv2 with the Classpath exception, as well as some portions under permissive licenses. Because the upstream has code licensed under the GPLv2, the project as a whole must be GPLv2.
  And according to the GPLv2:

  Even if you claim that you wrote some "extensions" that is licensed under the AGPLv3, and combine it under section 13 of that license, it does not work because:

  The AGPLv3 only allows combining with code under the GPLv3. The upstream project is licensed under the GPLv2.

I hope this issue should be considered, to protect the project users' rights.

DISCLAIMER: I'm not a representative of any previous maintainers. I'm just opening this issue because I'm interested in getting a copy of this fork licensed under the GPLv2, and not the AGPL (which is way more restrictive).

@jfrijters Hey. I debated awhile whether to make you aware of this, if you're not, or whether to leave you out of it. I chose the former. Hope it was the right decision. I figured you should at least should be informed.
