🚀 Feature Proposal

Jest has been getting a lot of PR's and in the middle of this, there are many PR and issues, which can be marked as stale and can be closed automatically, so it would be easier and efficient to manage the project

I would like to add it, @SimenB , it will make it easier for you to manage the Repo, and reduce the noise in the PR's

Motivation

This will help contributors to work on issue and PR which are relevant within the time

Example

Legacy cleanup to label all* issues and PRs with no activity for 1 year as Stale.

These are exempt:
Labeled:
Confirmed
Discussion
Documentation 📖
good first issue
Help Wanted
Has assignee
Has milestone
