Unicode text to ipa converter

This script will convert any long unicode sentences (many word strings) into International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA)

Read more about IPA http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Phonetic_Alphabet

Right now it will work for only Tamil Unicode strings.
