Added per app volume, works when the output dev is changed
Deprecated installer,in the future could come back.
NAudio no longer handles volume, only midi input, in favor of CSCore.CSCore lest us change not only devices volume but also sessions volume.
No longer annoying disconnect interface, hot-plug implemented. It will still warn you if not present at launch. If disconnected during operation the icon will change and a notification will be launched.

Added Hot Plug compatibility
Still opening is a bit slow do to AudioSwitcher.AudioApi.CoreAudio, takes a lot to instantiate, looking for a solution currently. Hot-plug of the nano slider is now supported.
