Add --compact print flag to the echo server

I'd like to have the option to turn on and off the echo server output colors, by passing the --compact flag to the echo command.

if --compact is passed then the output should be without colours and formatting.

if it isn't passed to the command then the output should be with colours.

I think it is best to pretty print by default and add an option to print more compact and with no colors.
