MAPINFO "ForceWorldPanning" not supported #258

As per Graf's recommendation, "ForceWorldPanning" in MAPINFO should be used to create CORRECT texture panning behaviour. However, this flag is not recognized in GZDB.

Sorry, false alarm. It was a user error. ForceWorldPanning actually works.

Actually, no, it does NOT work. Can confirm. Reopening issue.
