As a developer, I don't feel motivated to participate in the community of "is-thirteen", unless a proper code of conduct gets added to the project. A code of conduct is a common practice to foster a kind, inclusive, cooperative, and harassment-free community. Adopting a code of conduct would demonstrate that new contributors will be welcomed and respected.

The fact this hasn't been acknowledged yet demonstrates the maintainers are not interested in an environment that fosters a kind, inclusive, cooperative, and harassment-free community.

@openmosix Thamk you for opening this issue. I appreciate your concern and apologise for the delay. I was carrying my grandmother over a puddle and seem to have damaged my spine or at least pulled a muscle in a weird way. Puddles can be awfully big in Poland you see because the government aren't doing enough to maintain the roadworks and the infrastructure and then sometimes it rains. And also let us not forget that Polish food is most excellent but when you eat too much of it like for example at traditional Christmas dinner celebrations when Polish people eat twelve — yes, twelve! or in other words not thirteen! — courses one tends to pack on the pounds especially around the waist. It's odd because I have been celebrating Christmas dinners in Poland for a significant portion of my life and only within the last couple of years did it occur to me that it's some kind of tradition to keep a live karp fish in the family bathtub alive until it is ready to be slain by a household's almighty babcia and served with beetroot soup to the sound of much rejoicing.

Before I digress, please review my first draft of the is-thirteen project's Code Of Conduct and Kindness. It is my first try so please contribute improvements. ace7b91

Thanks @jezen - sounds good to me! Even though I will never really contribute in any meaningful way to this project, it feels good to know I might and that my contributions would be welcome here - but no, really, I will not. Thanks for addressing my concerns, now I feel better about myself. Please say hi to your grandmother for me.

We currently have 12 issues. Can we close this issue so it decreases to 11? Nobody likes 12.

@jaroel but then nobody would be motivated to solve any of the issues 😄
