Developer Setup & CI:

  • Migrated builds from Travis to GitHub Actions
  • Refactor developer setup to use a local virtualenv

  • Possible to remove once handlers with unwrapped handlers
  • Internally, listeners are now stored on a OrderedDict rather than a list
