As per @PepaR 's request, this package must be abandoned in favor of his branch: https://github.com/PepaR/flarum-ext-czech

This change must be performed by both @cptMikky and @PepaR in following order

PepaR creates a new package at packagist.org and links it with his repo
cptMikky abandons the package in favor of PepaR's
cptMikky closes his repo and maintenance will only be performed in PepaR's branch
