- Move config from .puppet-lint.rc back to Rakefile (You can't set 'ignore_paths' in .puppet-lint.rc and to have config in two places would be confusing.)
- Use Puppet Approved puppet-lint config in Rakefile (copied from https://forge.puppetlabs.com/approved/criteria)
