The following markdown example

% Talking about C# development
% Foo bar
% November 12th 2013

Foo bar, foo bar, foo bar.

causes the following error when run with the following: "pandoc test_crash.md -o test_crash.pdf -t latex"

pandoc: Error producing PDF from TeX source.
! Illegal parameter number in definition of \@pdftitle.
<to be read again>

l.38             pdfborder={0 0 0}}

My guess is that it is just a problem with the # in C# not being escaped.
