problem with lists when converting to docx

I'm using pandoc 1.9.1.2 on windows 7.
If I convert the following code, without the horizontal rules, to epub
I get a list with two items as expected, but if I convert it to docx I
get a list with four items:

1. pera, manzana

   plátano, naranja

2. zapallo, tomate

   apio, poro

---

Note to self: stListMarker is not really used in the docx writer. Continuation paragraphs have NoMarker, but nothing in the code is picking up on this.
