Pandoc 1.10: regression with Grid Table rendering (empty cell issue).

Pandoc 1.10.0.5/win7 fails to render Grid table when one cell is empty,

e.g.:

Both HTML and PDF were tried with same results.

This was previously correctly working (1.9.x.x)
