multiple footnotes in markdown table causes wrong footnote numbers in pdf #827

In a markdown,

Put 2 or more footnotes in same table.


c1 c2 c3
A ^B


In the output pdf,
B should be numbered as 1.
C should be numbered as 2.

However, B and C are numbered as 2.
If you have 3 footnotes, then all are numbered as 3.

This suffices to reproduce the problem. The footnote references in the body are 1, 2. But on the footnotes themselves we get 2, 2.
