Describe your proposed improvement and the problem it solves.

The Docx writer applies a style named Block Text to block quotations in both body and footnote text. This means that one cannot specify different formatting for block quotations in the body and footnotes. It is typical, for example, to specify 12 pt in the body text but 10 pt for the footnote text.

To provide this flexibility, would it be possible, please, to apply a style with a different name to block quotations in footnotes, such as Block Footnote Text?

Describe alternatives you've considered.

While I can manually apply a custom style, this does not work across all formats, since the block quotation overrides it.
