[Dokuwiki -> HTML] Internal links displayed empty when no name

A Dokuwiki internal link without a name is displayed with the page name in Dokuwiki, but is empty when converted into HTML. I expect a HTML link to have a default name, otherwise when displayed in a browser the user sees nothing.
