Describe the bug
The text field description in the Add Tag dialog window is clipped (see screenshot below).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'View > Tags'
  2. In the Tags dialog window click on 'Add'
  3. See the Add Tag dialog window with the text field description clipped on the right

Expected behavior
The text field description in the Add Tag dialog window appears in full length.

Fix in 22.1.13 and further improvement in 22.1.17.
