Adding jgrapht as a submodule to our project

Hi,

I am working with some colleagues and we are using your library, we wanted to add it as a submodule to our project. The problem is we are getting errors because graph.java is not at org.jgraph, but at jgrapht-core.src.main.java... How could we fix this?
