Make it easier to specify connection and socket timeout parameters for an HttpBuilder instance.

Also, please set a reasonable default value. We used this library in a batch environment to make a REST call to a third party service. Sometime last night we had network issues and the task is now hung at "groovyx.net.http.HTTPBuilder.request line: 366" using http-builder-0.7.1.jar.
