Add Grade Checker

Hey @OSSYULYYZ, unfortunately I haven't worked on this app in quite a while so no progress on this feature. I plan on getting this back up and running in the near future though, so I'll make this the main priority once I finish getting the codebase back up and running with all of the new tools/libraries that came out in the past year.

Given the parser already exists, this should be relatively straightforward. We can probably add this after all the parsers are updated and tested

There is some old Java code lying around that does this. It'll need to be updated but this could be done fairly quickly.
