Hello ， thanks for sharing this EFI，
My desktop is almostly same like yours
|CPU | Intel i9-9900 K
| Motherboard | ASRock Z390 phantom gaming-itx/ac |Bios 4.40C|
| Memory | G.skill DDR4 3200 16GB | |
| WIFI/BT | BCM94360CS2 + M.2 NGFF Adapter | |
| GRAPHIC | AMD RX580 2480 4GB
| Power |CASE| NZXT H1 |
| SSD1 | WD SN720 M.2 (256 GB) | Mac |
| SSD3 | Toshiba (512GB) | Win |
Following your project , I found two issues
BIOS setting
Advanced → Super IO Configuration → Serial Port: Disabled (In my screen it is Auto)
TB 3 Not working well
I connect to LG 5K TB displayer, only can conneted in TB BIOS No secure model
and screen is not working but LG 5k sound output is ok.

Hi.
I've never used TB3 for display.
If your LG 5K display can only use the USB-C,
Try using the dp to usb-c converter.
