Reimplement Vue ui using bootstrap-vue-next

Overview of the feature request

Reimplement Vue ui using https://github.com/bootstrap-vue-next/bootstrap-vue-next.
Latest bootstrap v4 release is more than a year ago we should move to v5.
I could not find a migration guide.

Features that needs more attention:

• rtl support.
• microfrontends.

Motivation for or Use Case

Angular and React frontends moved to v5 a long time ago.

Have you checked what is the version number for Bootstrap vue next?

I don't agree since it's not even version 1 and stable.

IMO It’s better to support a beta release using on stable releases (vue 3/bootstrap 5) than a stable version using (vue 3 compatibility layer/bootstrap 4)

here it is considered the library to be in release candidate quality:
