Outdated dist directory

I have spent a lot of time to figure it out but the version on the dist folder is pretty old. I was trying to apply some custom templates for my application and it didn't work. Please either put warning messagess that describe the availability of the features according to the versions or update the version on the dist folder so people won't lose a lot of time like me.

Edit: Trying to add custom buttons like in the issue #148 is not working as well
