由于开发中使用注解方便了protobuf的开发，但目前这个功能仅对于java，如果要把注释开发功能，导出给其它语言使用，就需要单独编写.proto文件，需要额外的工作，所以加上自动生成.proto文件的功能可以简化这一部分工作
