Virtualenvs not found when Atom is launched from Ubuntu's Unity's launcher #7

It does find my virtualenvs (~/.virtualenvs/<…>, from virtualenvwrapper) if I launch Atom from a terminal though.

Ran into the same issue, my virtualenv folder has a slightly different name. It would be nice if we could configure WORKON_HOME.

I might find some time to implement that if you agree.
