Kernel panic aarch64 libseccomp.so2

Describe the bug
I played for some days with LXC container on RPi4, then I upgraded to the latest kernel, i think from raspberryos lite. Honesly I don't even know if this bug belogs to this project, but I wanted to report somewhere.

To Reproduce
apt update && apt dist-upgrade

Expected behavior
no kernel panic

• OS: debian12 / RaspberryOS
• ARCH: arm64
• Version 8.1
