It would be nice for render_table tag to propagate exception when settings.TEST = True #46

Although it is not a standard configuration option. But it would be nice to propagate exception when DEBUG is true or TEST is true.

I've fixed this, it was very wrong of me to make it silent when DEBUG = True. I was getting confused with the behaviour of template filters. (TEST = True is not honored)
